These terms explain how Namirah Apparels handles product enquiries, quotation requests, and order discussions for B2B buyers.
Quotations
Prices, availability, lead times, and product details are confirmed by our sales team after reviewing product type, quantity, sizes, colors, branding, packing, and delivery market.
Product Confirmation
Fabric, GSM, color, size ratio, labels, printing, embroidery, and packing requirements should be confirmed before production or order processing begins.
Lead Time
Standard lead time is typically 2-6 weeks after confirmation, depending on product type, order quantity, customization, production schedule, and delivery requirements.
Samples and Color Matching
Product photos are provided for reference. Final color, texture, and finishing should be confirmed through samples or written approval where required.
Import and Delivery
Buyers are responsible for confirming import rules, duties, taxes, and local compliance requirements in their destination market. We can support documentation discussions for Europe-facing enquiries.
