How we handle buyer information.

Namirah Apparels collects only the information needed to respond to wholesale enquiries, prepare quotations, and support buyer communication.

Information We Collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your company name, buyer name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery market, product interest, target quantity, and notes about your order.

How We Use Information

To respond to product, pricing, and order enquiries.
To prepare quotations, lead time estimates, and buyer follow-ups.
To discuss fabric, color, size ratio, packing, printing, embroidery, and export requirements.

Sharing Information

We do not sell buyer information. Information may be shared internally between our Malaysia operation and Bangladesh production teams when needed to prepare or manage an order.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry and order communication for as long as needed for business records, repeat orders, quotation history, and customer support.
